SHIPPING TIMEFRAMES:
Prints or other collectibles will be shipped within 3 weeks of purchase via the US Postal Service. If special shipping is necessary please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order. All items are guaranteed to be in mint condition when Valor Studios mails them. We are pleased to report that shipping damage seldom occurs. However, if any Valor Studios item is damaged in transit, we will help the buyer file an insurance claim with the shipping service. Please contact us immediately in the unlikely event that this service becomes necessary.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:
In addition to the postage fee charged by Valor Studios your postal service may charge an import/VAT tax depending on how your government handles products imported from the United States. Any custom duties or special taxes levied by individual countries or governments will be the sole responsibility of the purchaser. If there is a charge, it will be based on the package insurance value which we declare at full retail price.

Please do not ask us to declare/insure purchases at less then their full retail price as it is against the law. We follow all US customs guidelines as outlined by the United States Postal Service.

Book Orders - In order to prevent high international shipping costs, we ship our book orders using First Class Mail International, which takes at least two weeks for delivery once the order has left our office.

INSURANCE:
All US & APO orders are shipped fully insured. For international orders, the following amounts are the maximum we can insure your order for. Valor Studios is not responsible for any additional reimbursement to a damaged order valued above the following amounts:

Australia - $5,000
Canada - $675
Germany - $500
Ireland - $650
Netherlands - $650
United Kingdom - $650

PAYMENT PLANS:
The Valor Studios no-interest payment plan is as follows: provide Valor Studios with a credit card (Visa, MasterCard or Discover) and we will take an initial 25% down payment and then run equal payments over the next three months, around the 15th of every month. The print will be shipped upon completion of the four monthly payments.

You’re welcome to pay the print off early; just e-mail or call Valor Studios with instructions.

All payments are non-refundable and non-transferable to other prints. If a payment is missed due to a declined credit card, we will notify you. If we do not receive a response within three weeks of the notification, the payment plan will be cancelled with no refund given.

RETURNS:
Since our high-quality products match our straightforward product descriptions, Valor Studios does not allow returns, refunds, or exchanges for products unless a wrong item has been shipped. If there are any questions concerning a product please contact us before purchasing.

VETERAN COMPENSATION:
In the early days of Valor Studios, veteran signers each received several thousand dollars worth of prints as compensation for their efforts. In recent years, however, Valor Studios has grown to the point where we are able to pay the veterans for their efforts with a cash honorariam in addition to giving each several thousand dollars worth of prints, which they may use as they wish. Some of the veterans may choose to have their honorariam donated to a particular charity or cause, which Valor submits in the individual's name.
