All orders will be shipped within 14 business days of purchase via the US Postal Service. If expedited shipping is necessary please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order.

Because of the January 2011 US Postal rate increase, all our domestic book orders ship by USPS Media Mail which may take up to three weeks to arrive once they leave our office. If faster delivery is needed, once again, please contact us for expedited shipping options.

All items are guaranteed to be in mint condition when Valor Studios mails them. We are pleased to report that shipping damage seldom occurs. However, if any Valor Studios item is damaged in transit, we will help the buyer file an insurance claim with the shipping service. Please contact us within five business days in the unlikely event that this service becomes necessary.
In addition to the postage fee charged by Valor Studios your postal service may charge an import/VAT tax depending on how your government handles products imported from the United States. Any custom duties or special taxes levied by individual countries or governments will be the sole responsibility of the purchaser. If there is a charge, it will be based on the package insurance value which we declare at full retail price.

Please do not ask us to declare/insure purchases at less then their full retail price as it is against the law. We follow all US customs guidelines as outlined by the United States Postal Service.

Book Orders - In order to prevent high international shipping costs, we ship our book orders using First Class Mail International, which takes at least two weeks for delivery once the order has left our office.
All US & APO orders are shipped fully insured. For international orders, the following amounts are the maximum we can insure your order for. Valor Studios is not responsible for any additional reimbursement to a damaged order valued above the following amounts:

Netherlands - $650

Payment plans are available on prints & posters valued at $150 and above and can be started by giving us a call.

The Valor Studios no-interest payment plan is as follows: call with a credit card (Visa, MasterCard or Discover) and we will take your first payment over the phone. All additional payments will be automatically run on or around the 15th of each month. To see what your payments will be combine retail price, shipping and handling charges, and sales tax (if applicable) and divide by the number of months you'd like your plan to run (maximum plan is 6 months). Your print will be shipped upon completion of all monthly payments.

You’re welcome to pay the print off early; just e-mail or call Valor Studios with instructions.

All payments are non-refundable and non-transferable to other prints. If a payment is missed due to a declined credit card, we will notify you. If we do not receive a response within three weeks of the notification, the payment plan will be cancelled with no refund given.

Since our high-quality products match our straightforward product descriptions, Valor Studios does not allow returns, refunds, or exchanges for products unless a wrong item has been shipped. If there are any questions concerning a product please contact us before purchasing.
During Valor Studios' humble beginnings, we compensated our veteran signers by giving each several thousand dollars worth of prints and an all expenses paid reunion with their comrades.

In the ensuing years, as Valor Studios grew, we were finally able to pay the veterans for their efforts with a cash honorarium IN ADDITION to continuing their payment in art prints. In 2010 alone, Valor Studios put more than $100,000 in the hands of the veterans who sign our products!

For many of our signers, working with Valor Studios provides them with their only source of income outside of social security. Know that when you purchase an item from Valor Studios, you're not only supporting an all-American family business, but also the veterans who sign our products. This is why many of the veterans have been working with us over the course of a decade and still do so today.
