Dan Zoernig is a digital aviation illustrator from St. Louis, Missouri. Focusing primarily on subjects and events of the Second World War, Dan uses digital photography and computer retouching to produce some photo-realistic illustrations. By printing each issue himself with a 7 color giclee' process, he is able to ensure high quality standards, and so offer the discriminating buyer a strong selection of work.

These extraordinary fine art prints are produced one at a time on both premium artist's canvas or Somerset 250 gsm acid free watercolor stock. The inks used are pigment based and rated for lightfastness at approximately 80 years. For added protection, they are coated with an ultra-violet resistant sealant.

With a strong background in commercial photography and 4 color printing, Dan has also produced digital artwork for publications such as Ghostwings Magazine, Smithsonian Air and Space Magazine. A graduate of Rockurst University, he holds a Bachelor's Degree in History and Political Science.
